Success Philosophy

Success looks different today than it did 20 years ago. With  technology advances brought on my Ai and social media it is easier than ever to have access to information and influence others. Success to you may look like being a world class doctor or a CEO of a global company. Others may see success as being a small business owner with a flexible schedule or a social media influencer. 

What makes someone successful is not dependent on the education or academic opportunities they were given. There may be 50 candidates being interviewed for the same job with the same qualifications on paper. The person who is able to communicate confidently is often the one who gets the job. 

We beleive the KEYS to succes goes beyond having education. Most successful people have clarity in their goals and a game plan on how to make changes to their skillset to achieve those goals. 

During the Beyond Degrees Mentorship program, members will work through what success looks like to them. Then they will work to work  introspectively. They Will:

1. Identify their Super Strength - the strength possessed that makes them feel the most confident.

2. Determine how they can maximize that super strength

3. Understand how they can minimize the impact blockers have on their super strength

4. Develop sister strengths that have similar qualities to their Super Strength 

5. Continuously connect progress to the member's goals.
