Currently working as a Director of Strategic Program Management at Mastercard, Christina brings a wealth of experience in managing complex projects and connecting the strategic vision of a project to the budget, risks, and processes. Before finding her place in the corporate world, Christina was an entrepreneur and musician. With over a decade of experience championing leadership development, Christina is a strategic leader with a dedication for empowering others.
Christina is passionate about leadership and the role it plays in creating a better future for the world. She is a firm believer that the future lies in providing young leaders with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to be resilient and effective in an ever-evolving world. Over the course of her career, Christina's personal views of success have evolved, but her commitment to developing leadership in others has remained unwavering.
Her diverse professional background combined with her leadership values is what drove her to found Beyond Degrees. Christina wants to instill in emerging leaders that having strong leadership skills is worth more on the journey to success than most other skill sets.

As a leader, her passion lies in mentoring others to achieve success, consistently driving progress and pushing boundaries.

Cindy Jensen
Cindy has corporate experience in human resource development and has held leadership roles in nonprofit, higher education and as a business owner. Her career reflects consistent collaborative achievement in expanding business, raising funds, expanding organizational reach, and increasing the skills and impact of people. She brings expertise in leadership development, executive and career coaching, change/transformation management, and group facilitation.
Cindy has partnered with hundreds of clients as a trusted partner to build self-awareness and access their full potential as leaders and individuals. She values interacting with diverse populations, organizations, and industries. She thrives on her clients’ transformation to bring the best version of themselves into the room with impact and results.
Cindy is International Coach Federation accredited (PCC). She is also a Certified Executive and Career Coach (LHH), Hogan and Saville Assessment certified and earned her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development, with a B.A. in Business Management and Professional Communication.
